This large-scale order marks a significant repeat purchase, following the customer’s successful trial of an initial 3,000-meter sample batch.

The hose is engineered to the customer’s exact specifications: an inner diameter of 512 mm, a working pressure of 100 PSI, and a burst pressure of 300 PSI — providing a reliable 3:1 safety factor. Each 50-meter coil features a vibrant orange polyurethane (PU) inner lining and an orange water-based PU outer coating, delivering both high visibility and durable abrasion resistance.
