Product Overview

In underground mining emergencies — whether a flood, a roof collapse, or a gas-related incident — the speed at which water, slurry, or breathable air can be delivered or extracted directly determines survival outcomes. Conventional steel pipes and rubber hoses are heavy, slow to deploy, and nearly impossible to maneuver through narrow tunnels and steep inclines.

Our Mining Emergency Rescue Polyurethane Hose is purpose-built for these extreme conditions. Manufactured via a one-step co-extrusion process, it consists of a seamless inner polyurethane liner, a high-tenacity circular-woven polyester reinforcement jacket, and an abrasion-resistant outer polyurethane cover — all fused into a single homogeneous structure without glues or adhesives. The hose is fully collapsible and can be coiled flat for compact storage, then deployed rapidly over long distances across uneven terrain.

High Working Pressure with 3:1 Safety Factor — Standard working pressure rated at 28 bar (2.8 MPa), with minimum burst pressure ≥ 84 bar (8.4 MPa), providing a 3:1 safety margin that ensures reliable performance under emergency pumping conditions.

Anti-Static & Flame-Resistant Construction — Conductive fibers are woven directly into the high-tenacity polyester reinforcement layer to dissipate static electricity, while the polyurethane formulation meets flame-resistance requirements for underground mine safety. This is a critical feature that standard industrial hose does not provide.

One-Step Co-Extruded, Unified Structure — The inner liner, reinforcement jacket, and outer cover are fused in a single manufacturing step, eliminating the risk of delamination common in glued or laminated hoses. The result is a hose with no weak layers — ideal for continuous high-load operation.

Compact, Rapidly Deployable Design — The hose lays flat when not in use and coils into compact rolls for storage. Single-piece lengths of up to 200 meters minimize the number of couplings needed in the field, allowing rescue teams to connect pre-installed end fittings and begin pumping within minutes.

Smooth Bore, Low Friction Loss — The seamless polyurethane inner liner creates a smooth internal surface that minimizes flow resistance, maximizing water or slurry transfer efficiency when every minute counts.
