Our NBR Rubber Lining Workshop is where raw nitrile rubber is engineered into durable, double-sided NBR layflat hose. 

The process begins with our in-house rubber mixing line, where NBR compound is precisely blended with reinforcing fillers and curing agents. The compounded rubber is then fed into an extruder to form a seamless inner tube, which is carefully inserted into a high-tenacity polyester filament woven jacket. A second extrusion applies the outer cover, fully encapsulating the reinforcement. The assembled hose then moves into a vulcanization autoclave, where controlled heat and pressure trigger cross-linking, bonding the inner tube, reinforcement, and outer cover into a single unified structure. The result is a fully integrated NBR layflat hose with outstanding oil resistance, abrasion resistance, and mechanical strength.
